From a 15-Year-Old Helping Out to 20+ Years in the Cleaning Industry

My journey in the janitorial industry began in 2003, when I was just 15 years old.

That year, my sister and brother-in-law gave me a Border Collie puppy named Scooby. In return, I helped them for a couple of months with janitorial cleaning at Canon Canada's head office in Brampton, Ontario.

What started as a simple opportunity to help out quickly introduced me to the world of professional cleaning. I discovered that there was more to janitorial work than simply cleaning a building. It was about hard work, responsibility, consistency, and taking pride in the environment you help maintain.

From there, I continued working part-time evenings throughout my school years, cleaning a variety of office buildings with ServiceMaster Clean. Those early experiences gave me the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of professional janitorial service and gain hands-on experience working in different types of commercial environments.

A New Chapter in North Bay

In 2017, I moved to North Bay, Ontario, and decided to take everything I had learned over the years and build something of my own.

That was the beginning of Andrade Solutions.

Since 2017, I have proudly provided professional janitorial, cleaning, and disinfecting services to local businesses throughout North Bay. Along the way, I've had the privilege of meeting incredible and dedicated business owners who genuinely care about the health, safety, and well-being of their employees and clients.

I am proud to work alongside those businesses and play a small part in helping them succeed.

More Than Cleaning

After more than 20 years in the janitorial industry, I understand that a clean workplace is about more than appearance. It's about creating an environment that employees feel good working in and that clients feel confident walking into.

As the owner and operator of Andrade Solutions, I personally take pride in the work we provide and the relationships we build with the businesses we serve.

My goal is simple: to bring the same professionalism, experience, and dedication that I've built over the past two decades to every job we take on.
